Firstly I must apologise for not posting for a while. Having just purchased an old Victorian house that needs a top to bottom renovation has taken up a lot of my time. My webserver was playing up too and I could not access my control panel to add any content. OK excuse time is over.
I am not certain of the reason but my hands are now looking better than they have done for many many months. Could it be the Childs Farm Moisturiser that has caused this, or maybe my new predominantly vegetarian diet.
As is normal during the festive season, my hand eczema flared up with a vengence. The cold weather did not help the condition and I spent a lot of time wearing cotton gloves.
As we approach the festive season my hand eczema has decided to join in the celebrations by splitting and shedding the top layer of skin on my palms and fingers. Nice timing!!
Having been told recently that dairy products are one of the main triggers for Eczema I have decided to try to remove them from my diet. Not easy for somebody who loves strong white coffee, butter on potatoes and cream cakes. I will give it a go and keep you updated as to how things progress, if at all.
